Entrepreneurs vs self-employed

Self-employed vs Entrepreneurs

Often we assume these two people are the same an Entrepreneur and self-employed. I think because they are both business owners that is why we think they are the same.

When you take time to see the difference between them then you realize they are not the same.

What is Self-Employed – Working for oneself as a freelancer or the owner of a business rather than for an employer.

When you look closely between the two. Self-employed started a business to employ themselves. They are working for themselves. The is nothing wrong with being self-employed you created a business to employ yourself.

They know what they want and therefore do it themselves.

What is an Entrepreneur – A person who organizes and operates a business, entrepreneurs usually take on greater than normal financial risks in order to do so.

Entrepreneurs want to create jobs not only for themselves but for others. They usually want to create a legacy that even in their absence the business still operates. They have systems in place that they have created that even in their absence of leave the business still operates.

They think outside the box for the best ways to succeed and move on to their next venture
